Abijah Zimmerman is a professional violinist currently based in the greater Washington, D.C. area. As an active freelancer, Abijah has performed with the True North Symphony Orchestra at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center Concert Hall, Hershey Symphony Orchestra at the Alice Tully Hall at the Lincoln Center, the Messiah University Symphony Orchestra at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca, Great Falls Philharmonic, and the University of Maryland Symphony Orchestra. Other notable venues include the Atlantic City Convention Center, Christ Church Cathedral (Nassau, Bahamas), and Market Square Presbyterian Church (Harrisburg, PA). See more in Biography.
In addition to her passion for classical and contemporary music, Abijah has a love for implementing strings in worship settings, and has worked with artists like Kari Jobe and Cody Carnes, Lauren Daigle, John Bolin, Matt Maher, and Youth for the Nations Worship.
